Published inclusions for the featured homes include complimentary high-speed WiFi, weekly cleaning of common area, and maintenance & servicing support. Check your chosen home for its current inclusions.
Review the room rent, utility package, deposit, and any other charges with Enlyfe before confirming your stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi is separate from the utility package.

Yes. If you are still overseas, ask us about a virtual viewing. You may also arrange for a friend or someone you trust who is already in Singapore to attend the viewing on your behalf. We’ll confirm the available viewing arrangement and time with you.
Yes. Your Student’s Pass does not need to be issued yet, but you will need to provide us with your In-Principle Approval (IPA) before confirming your accommodation. You can provide your Student’s Pass to Enlyfe after you arrive in Singapore and receive it.
All Enlyfe student stays are on a 12-month lease term. Before confirming, we’ll explain the lease dates, payment schedule, deposit, utility package and other applicable charges clearly so you know what to expect.
