Questions JCU students often ask
Can I enquire before a room becomes vacant?
Yes. Published room cards include future availability dates where available. Tell Enlyfe your desired move-in date and we will check the latest status with you before confirming.
Can I arrange a virtual viewing from overseas?
Yes, ask our team about a virtual viewing. A trusted person already in Singapore may also be able to visit on your behalf. All viewing arrangements and times must be confirmed.
How long is a student stay at Enlyfe?
Student stays at Enlyfe are on 12-month leases. We explain the rent, deposit, utilities and other applicable terms before signing.
Can I confirm accommodation before receiving my Student's Pass?
You do not need your physical Student's Pass before confirming, but Enlyfe requires your In-Principle Approval (IPA). You can provide your Student's Pass after arriving in Singapore and receiving it.
